General Shipping Policy

At LNC, we want your shopping experience to be as effortless and enjoyable as possible. To show our appreciation for choosing our lighting fixtures, we’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Order Processing

We work hard to get your orders out quickly. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can easily follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Methods

Your order is in good hands. We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

  • Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

  • Replacement items within the U.S. are shipped using USPS.

  • For Canadian replacements, we use UPS or FedEx.

Depending on your location, we’ll automatically choose the most efficient and reliable carrier for your delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: In-stock items usually leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • Freight Shipping: Larger items or multiple-item orders may ship via freight carrier (truck delivery). Freight deliveries typically take 7–10 business days and are curbside only. Please plan ahead and arrange for help to bring your items inside your home.

Additional Information

Inspecting Your Order:
Please check your items carefully as soon as they arrive. Even if you don’t plan to install them right away, open and inspect everything within 48 hours of delivery.

If you notice any damage, contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours so we can quickly arrange a replacement. Be sure to keep all original packaging, boxes, and damaged items until the issue is resolved.
